Amulya Ayurveda is the confident about the product and we offer you a money back guarantee if you're not
satisfied after using our product Herbal Madhunashni. If you feel that you are not getting the health benefits by
using our product then you can return and get a refund but the product should only be refunded if we received
the mail for the refund at care@amulyaayurveda.com with in the period of 7 days from the date of the delivery of
product.
Our herbal products are highly effective due to they are herbal and we have good customer feedback. The
customers, who have used our product as per the instruction, have got the health benefits.

Return
The eligibility criteria for returning the product.
The return scheme is applicable only on the Full pack of 100 Grams. The product only be return if we received
the mail for the refund at care@amulyaayurveda.com with in the period of 7 days from the date of the delivery of
product.
In case of cash on delivery and online payment as modes of payment, we will deduct your freight and COD
Charges on the refund time.
Please ensure that you to inform us about the return along with the reason for return.You need to mail us and
send us all the details in order to us to be able to make the refund. The latest Test report and the earliest test
report (Before Started the medicine) of Fasting Blood Sugar and P.P Blood sugar have to mail us at
care@amulyaayurveda.com for refund.

Terms Of Acceptance On Return
Herbal Madunashni will only accept if we received the mail for the refund at care@amulyaayurveda.com with in
the period of 7 days from the date of the delivery of product.
If the refund will be accepted by the company the refund amount shall be transferred to the customer accounts
after 45 days of the acceptance of refund.
Improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and
will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box. Inflatable's do not come
under warranty/guarantee and cannot be returned/refunded. If you have any further queries in this regard please
get in touch with our customer care agents.
The warranty for the products can be availed when the buyer sends the products back to our office address. The
cost of the shipment for returns needs to be borne by the buyer. Products damaged during shipment or improper
packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for
the buyer to contact Amulya Ayurveda immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage.
A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided. The buyer will need to ship the product back
to Amulya Ayurveda. The cost for the shipment needs to be borne by the buyer. All return product shipment cost
needs to be borne by the customer.
If an item is found to be damaged or incorrect as per description is given in our website or any units are missing
as per ordered quantity, please share the video of the outer packaging of the products received, to our customer
care at care@amulyaayurveda.com or you call us at 9211120280 within 7 days after the receiving of the product.
Defective and damaged products are exchanged, customers will not have to bear the shipping cost for the new
product.
Note- If the refund will be accepted by the company the refund amount shall be transferred to the customer
accounts after 45 days of the acceptance of refund.
